General Labor/Production Associate; 1st Shift

Located in Painesville, OH

Salary: $19.00

Our client in Painesville has an immediate need for a General Labor/Production Associate for their 24/7 Manufacturing Operation.  This is a Temp to Hire Position, Hours are 7 am to 3 pm M-F and the       Pay Range is $19.00

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

In this position the Associate will be putting parts (carefully and as directed) into a "Bucket/Build", then the Build is loaded into a Furnace using a forklift, pallet, etc.  Accurate documentation/paperwork is CRITICAL in this position.  Accuracy trumps speed in the position!  Other duties as needed.

 

The Right Candidate will:

• Have strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete required paperwork accurately at all times
• Be Safety Conscious at all times
• ASK questions if you are unsure of something
• Have Forklift, Pallet, Hoist experience is a preferred
• Have some manufacturing/industrial experience
• Have some knowledge/experience in metals is helpful
• Be mechanically inclined
• Be organized and detailed; accuracy is critical in this position
• Knowledge/experience of furnace operation is a plus
• Solid work history and work ethic
