Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Answer customer questions regarding bank products and services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking needs.
• Follow security procedures and banking regulations.
• Support branch operations and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
