This role involves assisting customers in selecting furniture and décor, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an inviting showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture, accessories, and design solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate sales through product knowledge, consultative selling, and follow-up communication.
• Process sales transactions, financing applications, and special orders accurately.

• Maintain showroom appearance, merchandise displays, and product presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, preferably in furniture, home furnishings, luxury goods, or interior design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
