Local credit union is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Specialist/Bank Teller to join their team.

Responsibilities include providing account services to credit union members by:

• Ensures members are informed of Credit Union services, products, and policies
• Receiving deposits and loan payments
• Cashing checks
• Issuing savings withdrawals
• Recording night deposits
• Balance cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy
• Issuing cashier's checks and money orders
• Provides assistance to members via telephone, in-person or online banking inquiries
• Processing daily reports
• Administrative Support
• To provide friendly, professional service to all members.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and organizational skills are essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
• 2 years of previous bank experience is preferred
• Associate’s degree preferred; however, not required
