Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and experience repairing household appliances. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

You will be responsible for completing pre-booked service calls at customers’ homes and diagnosing, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting a variety of household appliances.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, and dryers
• Complete scheduled/pre-booked service calls efficiently and professionally
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Install and test new appliances
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork
• Track parts and inventory and order parts as required
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Previous appliance repair experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Own reliable vehicle required
• Own basic tools required
• Must be comfortable travelling to customer locations throughout the service area

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$40 per completed service visit
