Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual for an Inside Sales position. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, have strong customer service and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

MondayFriday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with products, orders, and sales
-Research products and place orders
-Coordinate customer deliveries
-Communicate with customers and vendors
-Enter and maintain accurate order information
-Use computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office
-Maintain organized product displays and inventory
-Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
-Work independently after initial training
-Support daily sales and customer service needs

Requirements:

-Customer service or sales experience preferred
-Strong communication skills
-Basic computer and email skills
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Ability to learn product information
-Professional and positive attitude
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
