Express Employment Professionals – Waco is recruiting experienced WELDERS for an exciting manufacturing opportunity in the Waco/Hewitt area!

We’re not looking for someone who says they can weld.

We’re looking for welders ready to prove it.

PAY: UP TO $25.00/HR
Your starting rate will depend on your experience and performance on the welding test.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

4-DAY CORE WORKWEEK!
Some Fridays & Saturdays available/required depending on production needs — opportunity for additional hours!

WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU:

✅ Have previous welding experience
✅ Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
✅ Can produce clean, consistent welds
✅ Understand the importance of quality and safety
✅ Can read a tape measure and follow specifications
✅ Are dependable and ready to work
✅ Are confident enough in your welding skills to take a hands-on weld test
