Hours: First (7:00AM) and Second (3:30PM) Shifts
Full Time, Temp to Perm

Position Overview
Our client is a leader in the engineering and manufacturing of nonwoven textile products for a automotive, furniture, bedding and other applications. They are seeking reliable and detail oriented Production Machine Operators for both their first and second shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications
• Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools ensuring quality
• Maintain production logs and records
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment;
• performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience with lathes, grinders, mills, and similar equipment preferred
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time
• HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required
