Supply Chain Management Leader

Pay: $145K–$200K/year
Schedule: Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Leader to oversee and optimize supply chain operations from procurement and inventory management through logistics and distribution. This role will develop strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure materials and products move smoothly to support manufacturing and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
Manage procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier negotiations and contract management
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
Oversee raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory
Use forecasting and demand planning to effectively balance supply and demand
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
Ensure logistics operations support manufacturing and customer delivery schedules
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and optimize overall supply chain performance

Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or a related field
Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and purchasing activities
Strong understanding of inventory management and demand planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational improvements
