Contents Cleaning Technician

Express Employment Professionals on 99^th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Contents Cleaning Technician to join a local restoration company in Omaha, NE! Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 1st Shift
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: Up to $20.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Carefully inventory, pack, and transport contents from customer homes and businesses.
• Clean and restore personal belongings using industry-standard equipment, tools, and cleaning solutions.
• Assess items for salvageability and document condition before and after cleaning.
• Perform detailed hand-cleaning of delicate, specialty, or high-value items.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restoration, cleaning, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
