Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Material Handler openings in Lindstrom, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $21.24 per hour
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Lindstrom, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as hand pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Generate pick lists, locate freight, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Pull and return materials and packaging from warehouse locations to support production needs.
• Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions using computer-based inventory systems.
• Maintain accurate cycle counts and help keep the warehouse organized and efficient.
• Move finished products and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
