Position Details:

 

  • Type: Internal Hire working for Express Employment Omaha
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
  • Location: Omaha, NE (on-site)
  • Pay/Salary: Base Salary + Commission

Job Duties:

  • Recruiting top Omaha talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Providing excellent service to client companies through prompt communication, and sourcing quality candidates that fit their business needs
  • Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience
  • Building relationships with client companies through phone and in person communication
  • Conducting follow-up calls with client companies to monitor candidate performance and client satisfaction
  • Making daily outbound sales calls to gain new clients and business opportunities

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be a team player who is driven, competitive and focused on driving business growth
  • Must have 2 years of Sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prefer some college education in a relevant field
