Assistant Store Manager

A well-established, locally owned business with multiple locations across North Carolina and Virginia is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Store Manager. This temp-to-full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who leads by example, fosters a friendly yet professional work environment, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.  This position should be prepared to work in of the Henderson or Oxford location post completion of training.  If you’re ready to bring energy, leadership, and a can-do attitude to a company that puts people first - this could be an opportunity for you!

Pay: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday & most Saturday mornings

Job Highlights:

  • You will be the fist point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Input customer information accurately for lease agreements, payments, moveouts and auctions
  • You will be handling and balancing cash, cards, checks, and money orders
  • Assist with maintaining the facility’s Pristinely CLEAN policy both inside and outside the facility
  • You will prepare daily and weekly reports in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • This is an Evaluation to Hire Position. 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Dependable, Problem Solver with professional demeanor
  • Strong Attention to Detail and accuracy
  • 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Experience in handling cash, cards, checks, and money orders
  • Retail or property management experience is a plus.
