Receptionist, with automotive dealership experience beneficial. This is a family-owned organization that prides itself in a culture of honesty and integrity.
Summary of responsibilities and skills in which we request candidates be proficient:
· Warmly Greet our customers
· Answering incoming phone calls and transferring to respective person or
department.
· Perform data entry responsibilities to support the Office...data entry skills and attention to detail are crucial.
· Responsible to provide customers their titling paperwork. Training for this will be provided.

Evenings 4-7:00 and Saturdays 8-6 (10-hour shift)

Previous Automotive Receptionist and Data Entry Experience is not
required, but is highly preferred. (We will offer training to support development of
the person for this role. In this role you will be working directly with the Office
Manager.)
