Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for SMT Inventory Clerk openings in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards. 

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour 
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Stacy, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify manufacturer part numbers against purchase orders, prints, specifications, and related documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials and components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly stored and tracked.
• Perform general inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Complete year-end inventory projects and special assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of direct inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently and meet objectives with minimal supervision.

Experience Required

• 1-3 years of direct or related experience required.
• Experience receiving, inspecting, and tracking inventory in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory systems, and material control processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
