Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Shipping Associate openings in Stanchfield, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly 
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for shipment using shipping software and carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other freight services.
• Schedule shipments and coordinate outgoing deliveries.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Package, box, and prepare products for safe transportation.
• Palletize finished goods and stage shipments for pickup.
• Perform deburring and light finishing work on manufactured parts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs), Speedy, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms.
• Shipping and receiving experience required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately process shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
