Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Our client is seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a local shopping center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Keep walkways, common areas, and grounds clean and free of debris
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the property
• Wipe down handrails, window sills, and other common area surfaces as needed
• Remove cobwebs and maintain the overall appearance of the property
• Utilize a golf cart to travel throughout the community while completing daily tasks
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Support the overall cleanliness and presentation of the community

Qualifications:

• Reliable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to walk long distances throughout the property
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed

Dress Code:

• Polo shirt and khaki shorts required
