Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payable Specialist
Join the team at a well-known, successful automotive group! We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our day-to-day accounting to ensure accuracy across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
*Process all accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper authorizations and coding.
*Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.
*Prepare daily bank deposits.
*Assist with month end closing.
*Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
*Collaborate with sales, service, and parts to ensure all AR/AP is posted in a timely
manner.
Qualifications
*2 years experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable
*Experience in the automotive industry preferred
*Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
*Experience with Reynold &Reynolds (Ignite) a plus
