Salary: 20-25/hr
Technicians will:
Diagnose and repair systems/components of commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep equipment.
Work on equipment such as truck-mounted carpet cleaning units, portable extractors, hard-surface floor cleaners, duct cleaning systems, deodorizers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air movers, and HEPA vacuums
Use testing equipment, troubleshooting guides, and manufacturer manuals.
Create service orders, schedule repairs, and communicate with customers in person, by phone, or email.
Prepare bids and present estimates.
Coordinate shop workload, order parts, and maintain safe, organized work areas
Experience preferred: 2+ years in commercial cleaning/restoration equipment, small engine repair, pressure washer service, or vehicle repair
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Tools: Own a basic set of mechanic’s tools.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, efficient problem-solving, safety compliance, and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
Communication: Professional demeanor, written/oral skills, and basic computer skills.
Extras: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
