Production Team Member – Assembly, General Labor & Entry-Level Machine Operator

Location: Enfield, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Pay: $18.50/hour, including $1.00 shift differential

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for several positions, including Assembly, General Labor, and Entry-Level Machine Operators.

Many of these positions will be assigned primarily to a larger production line and may require frequent heavy lifting and physically demanding work. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to maintaining a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Performing assembly and general production tasks on a high-volume production line.
• Operating basic production machinery and equipment following established procedures.
• Loading, unloading, moving, and handling materials throughout the production area.
• Performing repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting, as required.
• Inspecting products and materials for quality and ensuring work meets established standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Following all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Performing other production-related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

These positions involve physical production work and may require:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Repetitive movements associated with production and assembly work.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the assigned production line.
• Ability to work a full 10-hour shift and maintain productivity throughout the scheduled workday.
