Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: $19.00/hour including shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Load materials and keep equipment running efficiently
• Learn additional machine lines and expand your skills
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Identify and report equipment or production issues
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn multiple machines and production lines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Safety-minded and quality-focused
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment
