Packer - Production Team Member

Pay: $20.70 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for loading plastic rolls into production equipment, inspecting products for quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment. What You'll Do

• Load plastic rolls onto production machinery according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure materials feed properly and production runs efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
• Package products by labeling, sealing, and palletizing according to customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Restock packaging supplies and remove waste materials as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning and routine upkeep.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus.
• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace.
