SA's leading bulk print manufacturing company, is in need of an experienced Customer Service Rep who Taking orders from customers, inputting into our purchase order system, then follow the order through in order to make sure the job(s) are done correctly and on time.Coordinate production of printed materials, or print related services for the company’s customers. Maintain positive customer relations through active engagement of the customer through all stages of the manufacturing process from initial contact through final disposition of the customer’s product. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs. Must have previous exp in hi-volume print shop or print manufacturing to qualify.
