Manufacturing Production Associate

Location: Bristol, CT
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

About the Role

Join our production team manufacturing non-slip aluminum stair treads. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, tape, and stage materials for production.
• Apply non-slip coatings and complete product finishing.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, palletize, and stage finished orders.
• Complete production paperwork and track materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Report quality, equipment, or production issues.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training available).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
