Property Maintenance Technician
Shift: 8a-5p Mon-Fri with rotating on call
Pay: $20-30/hr based on experience

Duties:

 

• Complete work orders across plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• Perform unit-turns and make-readies
• Diagnose maintenance issues accurately & complete durable repairs
• Document all work in company work-order system accurately & promptly

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Valid, clear Driver's License
