Outside Sales Representative

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year

An Edmonton client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

Outside Sales Representative Highlights:

• Grow and manage an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across a wide range of industries, including construction, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, municipalities, distribution, and healthcare.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to provide multi-solution rental services.
• Work closely with internal Sales Representatives and Managers to maximize customer opportunities and increase account penetration.
• Collaborate with a large sales team and participate in daily sales huddles.
• Balance new business development with managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Travel locally to customer sites, including occasional trips 1–1.5 hours outside the city; overnight travel is not required.
• Focus on building quality customer relationships and developing accounts that provide long-term business value.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes challenging sales environment while maintaining a professional and team-oriented approach.

• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Previous sales experience is an asset, but a strong personality, team fit, ambition, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Hours & Wage:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional work outside regular hours may be required.
• Permanent position
• $45,000–$50,000/year + commission
