Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will provide professional pest control services to residential and/or commercial customers while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests and potential pest issues
• Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively
• Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform routine pest control services and follow-up treatments
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions about services
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in good working condition

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle equipment and supplies
• Previous pest control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
