Position Summary

The Warehouse Receiving Associate plays a key role in ensuring incoming materials are accurately received, inspected, and processed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace.

No forklift experience? No problem. Forklift training and certification will be provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, after training and certification.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 50 pounds.
