Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Commercial Facilities / Janitorial Associate to help maintain a large production and commercial facility. This position involves cleaning and maintaining commercial and industrial work areas, production floors, offices, common areas, and exterior property.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in building experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial and industrial production facilities
• Clean administrative offices and common areas
• Keep production floors, aisles, catwalks, and work areas clean and free of debris
• Empty trash containers, wood bins, and dust bags
• Stock and organize commercial cleaning and facility supplies
• Sort, organize, and clean production materials
• Perform routine facility inspections
• Assist with basic building maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain parking lots, landscaping, and other exterior commercial property
• Assist production teams with general facility projects
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous commercial janitorial, industrial cleaning, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Comfortable working in a production/industrial environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work with basic tools and materials
• Willingness to assist other departments as needed
