Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: 40.00-46.00

We are looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Working Supervisor in Pulaski County. This is a Full-Time Mon-Friday position, 10hrs+ shifts, pay up to $46/hr to start. 

 

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years minimum maintenance supervisory experience or related experience
• Must be able to work with and supervise up to 20 employees
• Able to do basic math, work from drawings, specifications, & formulas
• Requires knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting

Duties include: 

• Directs the activities of the Maintenance Department
• Communicates job assignments to employees and monitors their performance
• Establishes work schedules for department
• Develops, maintains, and controls procedures related to his/her areas of responsibility
• Over-sees preventative maintenance and purchasing activities of department
• Ensures that equipment and facilities are maintained and kept in top operating condition
• Hands-on ability with 480 volt electrical-three phase systems
• PLC abilities to troubleshoot and repair
• Ability to plan work with consideration to parts needed, tools required, technical manuals, safety steps for lock-out tag-out
• Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferably FII
• Works within the guidelines of the quality program, including drawings and procedures.
• Considers safety on each job and abides by all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Reports problems or accidents to management immediately.
