Packer/Operator Job Summary: A growing brewery in the Grand Rapids area is seeking reliable Packaging & Filler Operators to join their team. This company is looking for dependable, team-focused individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to contribute to a successful team.   

Packer/Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate filler stations to fill and prepare kegs for production and distribution
• Place empty and filled kegs onto racks, pallets, and designated production areas
• Assist with keg movement using vacuum systems, robotic equipment, and manual handling methods
• Load and unload kegs and materials while maintaining a safe and organized work area
• Perform general production and packaging duties to support daily brewery operations
• Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures throughout the production area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflow

Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd shift; 2:00pm-10:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• $19.62/HR

Warehouse Worker Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or general labor preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standards
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to perform a variety of hands-on tasks and support team operations
