Are you someone who enjoys helping people and has an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a friendly, dependable Member Services & Payments Representative to be the first point of contact for members while supporting payment processing and account services.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with excellent benefits, outstanding job stability, and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members in the lobby and drive-thru
• Accept and process payments
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits
• Answer questions about member accounts and services
• Update account information and maintain accurate records
• Support Accounts Receivable and payment processing
• Work closely with the Accounting team

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Cash handling, banking, teller, or payment processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to multitask and stay productive during slower periods
• Comfortable learning new computer systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• Starting pay: $23.27/hour
• Increase to $25.86/hour after a successful 6-month introductory period
