Marketing & Appointment Setter

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour + performance-based commission and bonus opportunities

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a friendly and motivated Marketing & Appointment Setter to help generate new business opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building rapport over the phone, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a dialer system
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Respond to inbound inquiries and internet leads
• Follow up with previous leads and canceled appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within CRM systems
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the sales team
• Provide professional and exceptional customer service on every interaction
• Assist with general customer communications and administrative support

Qualifications:

• Previous telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
• Ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
