Customer Service Representative

Located in Rutherford, NJ

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

arge manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in their fast-paced office. Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of customer service experience and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Duties

• Communicate with internal and external customers by email and phone to resolve customer inquiries and Sales Orders. Sets clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication.
• Works with team members to ensure all pieces of order are present. Edits orders received for price and nomenclature. 
• Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and additional information needed.  Records or files copy of orders received according to expected delivery date.  Enters orders into business system.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain and Purchasing to update existing orders to reflect projected ship dates
• Assist quality and sales in transacting RMA returns for repair and credit
• Multitasks between multiple tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings, supervisor) and applies information and knowledge to customer situations.

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
