What You'll Be Doing

•        Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.

•        Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.

•        Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with meeting coordination.

•        Respond to general questions and provide courteous customer service.

•        Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.

 

What We're Looking For

•        2+ of related experience preferred

•        Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

•        Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

•        Phone Etiquette & Customer Service Oriented

•        Strong attention to detail and reliability

•        Positive attitude and willingness to learn
