Job Description

• Prepare and produce food items according to recipes, standards, and production needs.
• Operate the Salad and Sandwich Stations efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, food temperatures, and presentation standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Prepare and assemble salads, sandwiches, and related food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Assist with other kitchen duties and food preparation as needed.

Primary Job Duties

• Monitor food quality, temperature, freshness, and appearance.
• Ensure proper portion control to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
• Properly label, store, and rotate food products.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Communicate product needs, shortages, or concerns to the supervisor.
