J and L Operator

We are seeking a reliable J&L Operator to operate machinery for sheet, pad, and box orders while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate J&L equipment.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Make machine adjustments as needed.
• Record production hours and machine downtime.
• Perform basic machine maintenance.
• Train and assist crew members when needed.
• Follow all company safety and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work around moving machinery.
• Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.
