Field Service Technician I
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Field Service Technicians supporting leading semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This is a hands-on role working in cleanroom environments where you'll clean, inspect, rebuild, and process critical components used in high-tech manufacturing.
Whether you have experience in manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, assembly, or technical services, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the semiconductor industry with training and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Process and clean parts using mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, media blasting, and surface-finishing techniques.
- Perform assembly rebuilds and quality inspections on critical components.
- Read and follow technical specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify and report non-conforming parts and defects.
- Handle delicate materials such as graphite, quartz, ceramics, and other high-purity components.
- Accurately document work performed using company and customer systems.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in daily operations.
- Follow all customer, company, safety, cleanroom, and contamination-control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Partner with senior technicians and supervisors to meet customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic mechanical, automotive, maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and reach throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
- Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE and cleanroom garments.
- Ability to work with both very small and very large parts and equipment.
