Engineering Technician - Honolulu
$27.00/Hour | Full-Time | Sunday - Thursday

A luxury residential property in Honolulu is looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join their maintenance team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and taking pride in keeping a high-end property operating at its best.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment
• Maintain common areas and property facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations
• Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance areas organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong drywall and painting skills
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous hotel, condo, or residential maintenance experience is a plus
