Asheville, NC | $18.00+/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Our client is looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Front Desk Specialist to join their growing Asheville team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a busy medical office, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule appointments
• Verify insurance information
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Collect payments
• Help keep the front office running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous medical front desk experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Reliable, organized, and compassionate
