A global logistics and supply chain company in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and smooth coordination between warehouse and office teams.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, checking, and documenting inventory
Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and labels
Enter data into warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with audits
Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with general warehouse and administrative tasks as needed
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or clerical support preferred
Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
