Custodian (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a reliable Custodian to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a condominium community. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities and grounds clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, grounds, and parking garage
• Empty exterior trash receptacles and manage recycling bins
• Pressure wash designated areas as needed
• Clean and arrange patio furniture, grills, and outdoor amenities
• Maintain cleanliness of the compactor room and loading dock
• Report maintenance concerns, damage, graffiti, or safety issues
• Assist with minor painting projects
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Complete additional custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and guests

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools
