Express Employment Professionals in Cheyenne, WY is seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused Batch Makers/Forklift Drivers to join a respected local manufacturing and production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced industrial environments, and operating heavy equipment.

Pay:

$19.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and stage materials
• Assist in the production, batching, and mixing of asphalt and related industrial products
• Follow detailed production formulas, material measurements, and mixing instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in alignment with quality and safety standards
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
• Work as part of a team to meet daily manufacturing, batching, and warehouse goals

Qualifications:

• Strong, dependable work ethic and excellent attendance history
• Ability to lift 65+ lbs. repeatedly, including carrying materials up and down stairs
• Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and batching materials
• Comfortable working in a industrial setting
• Previous experience with forklift operation, manufacturing, material handling, or batch mixing is a must
