Salary: $18.00 - $20.00

Entry Level Production Associate
Pay Rate $18-$20 / hour
Schedule: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm M-F
Location: Anaheim, CA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
• Handle, move, and organize materials
• Operate basic tools or production equipment after training
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect products and materials for quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies
• Complete other production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Willing to learn new processes and equipment
• Able to perform physically active work throughout the shift
• Able to lift required materials; exact weight requirement to be confirmed
• Steel-toe footwear may be required

Requirements, Experience & Education

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Good communication skills
• willingness to learn to read blueprints, operation sketches, and assembly drawings
