HSE Technician

Located in Kenosha, WI

Salary: $24-28.00/hr.

We have an immediate need for an experienced HSE (Health Safety Environmental) Coordinator to support our Health, Safety & Environmental function. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong administrative, data management, and safety coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HSE systems, training records, corrective action trackers, SDS documentation, and compliance records
• Coordinate HSE training, meetings, communications, and employee engagement initiatives
• Track and drive corrective actions to completion
• Support audits, inspections, incident investigations, and OSHA/EPA compliance activities
• Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and documentation to support HSE performance and regulatory requirements
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or HSE-related certification preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in administration, coordination, data management, or HSE support
• Advanced Excel skills with experience managing trackers and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• General knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Work Environment: Office-based role with regular interaction on the production floor within a metal fabrication/assembly environment. Safety glasses and steel-toe shoes required when in the shop.
