We’re hiring a Kettle Mixer for a 3rd shift role in a fast-paced industrial setting. This is a physically demanding and dirty job that works with heated materials and chemicals—ideal for someone who’s tough, reliable, and ready to work in extreme conditions.

Schedule & Pay:
3rd Shift | Hours vary by production needs | Pay based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mixing kettles used in production processes
• Combine materials according to specifications and production schedules
• Work around high-heat equipment and chemical processes
• Move raw materials and finished product throughout the facility
• Maintain consistent workflow to support production demands
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use required PPE
• Keep work area clean despite heavy dust and residue from materials

Requirements:

• Ability to work in very hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions
• Comfortable working around chemicals and industrial materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work hard
