As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for customers while upholding the policies and procedures of the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Responding to incoming phone calls and electronic correspondence regarding inquiries on products and parts.
• Providing basic technical support while addressing customer questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Creating cases, processing RMAs, entering quotes, converting quotes to sales orders, and documenting all interactions in the ERP system, with follow-up as required.
• Handling, rerouting, or escalating technical and complex issues to appropriate staff or leadership.
• Monitoring trends and promptly reporting quality issues.
• Assisting team members with customer inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Communicating with customers regarding returned items or updates to their orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Participating in safety training and adhering to company safety policies.
• Engaging in company-required training programs.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude to quickly learn and understand company products.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Accurate data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety policies and participation in safety training as required.
