Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Eligibility Specialist for a well-established organization serving individuals and families throughout the community in Sturgeon Bay, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally at the front desk
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Provide clear information regarding program eligibility
• Review and verify application information and documentation
• Enter data and process online or on-demand applications
• Assist with general administrative duties and provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records

Required Qualifications:

• Required 3+ years of consistent office or administrative experience 
• Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
