Salary: Up to $70,000 per year

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Livonia office. You'll recruit, interview, and place candidates while building strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, interview, and screen candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
• Match candidates with client openings and coordinate placements
• Conduct reference checks and onboarding activities
• Partner with clients to fill staffing needs
• Generate job opportunities through client outreach and relationship building

Qualifications:

• Staffing agency recruiting experience preferred (3+ years preferred) or previous HR experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
