Grounds Maintenance - Seasonal through November | Day Shift | Weekend + 3 days per week | $18.00/ hour | Belvidere area | Flexible Weekday Schedule | Saturdays & Sundays Required

 

A well-maintained property is seeking a dependable, hands-on Grounds Maintenance Worker for a seasonal position through approximately the beginning of November. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tackling a variety of maintenance projects, and keeping a property clean, safe, and looking its best.

 

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday availability is required
• Weekday schedule is flexible for 3 days per week
• Full-time 40 hours
• Seasonal/temporary assignment through approximately early November

Pay

• $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker, you'll help with the day-to-day upkeep of the property, buildings, and outdoor areas. Responsibilities may include:

• Lawn, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
• Cleaning and maintaining outdoor common areas
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with seasonal property maintenance and other projects as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors. The ideal candidate will:

• Have general maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, construction, handyman, or similar experience
• Be comfortable working outdoors
• Be able to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Have basic knowledge of common hand and power tools
• Be able to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Have dependable attendance and transportation
• Be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, campground maintenance, apartment maintenance, hotel maintenance, or general labor is a plus.
